Transparency and Equal Pay Report

The Government Salary Transparency Report was established in 2023 through Law 14.611 and requires companies with more than 100 employees to publish reports prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment every six months. The data in this report includes information from the 2024 e-social system and has been anonymized in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD 13.709/2018).

Disclaimer:

• The report published here was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment based on 2024 data;

• It considers our branch with more than 100 employees, as required by law;

• It uses the 10 Major Groups of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO) as a government reference, which may not always accurately reflect current job structures, as methodologies used by Limagrain and the Government differ;

• It highlights differences that do not constitute gender or racial discrimination, as factors such as experience, tenure, performance, job level, and educational background of employees were not considered.
